Helmet began in 1998, back then it was a modest operation, a small space in Cavenagh Street owned and operated by one person. 

With a strong focus on customer service Helmet quickly grew to big for it's space and in 2003 the search for a bigger premises was on. 

Finally in 2004 the doors to the new salon were open.  This was something not yet seen in Darwin a very private peaceful space offering time out for it's busy customers.

Helmet offers clients a full range of hair and beauty services using only the highest quality products including Label M, Sebastian, Wella, GHD and Amore hair extensions.
