Cancellation Policy
From 1st January 2010 Helmet Hair Studio introduced a Cancellation Policyand will require your credit card number and expiry date to finalise yourbooking. If 8 business hours are not given priory to cancellation of yourappointment a 50% cancellation fee applies. The fee increases if less than 8hours notice is given. With the full amount being charged, for appointments cancelled 2hours prior to your appointment or if the appointment is not attended.
