Cancellation Policy

At Helmet Hair Studios, we highly value our clients’ time and the time of our stylists. As such, we would like to remind our clients that when making an appointment, it is important to keep that commitment. Our confirmation text 48 hours before your appointment serves as a polite reminder, and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are available to attend.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to make your appointment, in order to fill the appointment time with another client. Failure to give us sufficient notice will result in a cancellation charge of 50% of the appointment booked. For cancellations or no-shows with less than two hours’ notice, we will charge the full amount.

Please be aware that we do not accept walk-ins, so if you make an appointment, please make every effort to attend. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us as soon as possible to inform us. Please note that phone calls are the preferred mode of communication, as we are not always available to check other communication channels such as WhatsApp, email, text, Instagram, or Facebook.

Cancelling Part of Your Appointment

If you need to cancel part of your appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Please be advised that we view cancelling part of your appointment as a cancellation, as we have scheduled a stylist to look after you. We understand that budget issues may arise, but we may not need the same amount of time allocated to complete your service.

Emergencies and Unforeseen Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen. However, if you are called into work, we kindly request that you make an appointment for a time when you will be available.

Cooperation and Understanding

As a courtesy to other clients and our stylists, we request that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a smooth and efficient appointment schedule for all of our clients.
